In back-to-back industry announcements this week, SIRP—a leading provider of a No-Code Risk-based Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) platform—wins a prestigious award and gains a new board member.

On June 6, 2022, SIRP announced the appointment of Damian Miller to its board of directors. The company said that Mr. Miller brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience to SIRP. Miller most recently served as interim Chief Executive Officer for CRFT, a cloud-based no-code security automation platform where he led the acquisition to FlashPoint. He also serves as a strategic advisor for Good Code, a cybersecurity UX and innovation company. Prior, he held positions as the CSO and Co-Founder of JASK. He has also served in various executive positions with Intel, McAfee and HP, ArSight, IBM, and Internet Security Systems.

“We’re very excited to welcome Damian as we scale our business and continue innovating,” said Faiz Shuja, CEO, SIRP. “Damian’s long-established success across multiple companies in product development, engineering, and SaaS business leadership, complements SIRP’s business and team.”

As a SIRP board member, Miller will share his diverse experience to enhance the SIRP SOAR Platform. “Effective cybersecurity is mission critical in today’s business environment,” said Miller. “SIRP is well positioned to help enterprises navigate risk, unlock efficiency, and scale in a secure manner. I’m honored to join SIRP’s distinguished team in an exciting and evolving market.”
